I am a British Bilingual English-French Professional Teacher - Researcher, the UK- trained Master in Education (MA Ed.), with PGCE/QTS Certificate (Modern Foreign Languages – English - French), and BA/BEd. – 4 Years Full Time Bachelor Degree with QTS Diploma in MFL (NARIC Assessment in London, 2005).
I have secure knowledge of modern pedagogical theories and student-centered teaching practice (MA Ed.), related to the NC of England and Wales, Cambridge International and IPC Programmes and other National Programmes (Chinese). I have excellent experience working in multi-lingual international communities in the UK Schools, Qatar (at Cambridge International School; in Moscow City (Russian Federation), Chinese Private Boarding Schools and International Universities, and Kazakhstan Cambridge Assessment Language Center.
My Recent Admin Experience: I have completed my Head of School/Director of a Pilot Project Contract at Sakhalin Private Bilingual Primary School (Russian Federation), where I was responsible for: a/ Integrative Programmes coordination with their further practical implementation; b/ Observing and Monitoring teachers’ personal styles and creating their individual CPD programmes (Continuing Professional Development); c/ Evaluating and assessing students’ progress in learning; d/ Developing methodological materials for improving Teaching & Learning; e/ Performing in other related duties as require
My Contribution into International and Chinese Education Practice includes undergraduate or postgraduate teaching:
1- As a Teacher-Researcher/Specialist – Consultant I was teaching all students levels (KG/Primary/Middle/High and IELTS) at High Private Boarding School in Hunan Province, China, I was carrying out my Edge Hill University, England, UK Master’s Independent Pedagogical Research Project and Experiment on: “How effective is collaborative learning in the teaching of English as a second language?” Additionally, I initiated, organised and conducted a Regional CPD Seminar for 160 Teachers (see Reference), 2012-2013 Ac.Year.
2- As a Lecturer- Foreign Expert/Consultant of Datong University, Shanxi Province, China, I was guiding the Individual Students' Research Projects; Debates Performance Coaching; direct teaching of composition through applying IELTS Essays Writing framework; evaluation of written work in advanced classes; mentoring of student reading and writing Group work; development and teaching of English general education courses, also, assisting the students with their academic skills, and exam preparation along with their language skills assessment responsibilities. I also was participating in University’s Development and Improvement of Assessment Strategies, contributing and sharing my Individual CPD Research materials, carrying out seminars and Pedagogical Master Classes.
